An employee has chosen to work beyond the age of 65 and has chosen draw his company pension and continue to work for the company (as is allowed under A-day rules).
He has requested that he is compensated for the employer contribution he will no longer benefit from because he has elected to take his benefit, through an increase in his salary.
Has anyone else experienced a similar scenario or can advise on what course of action we should take?
