Supporting people to effectively and informally manage workplace conflict can lead to stronger relationships, a more engaged and motivated workforce, improved productivity, as well as increased well-being at work. I have a postgraduate degree in Organisational Psychology, with a specialisation in conflict resolution. For over 15 years, I’ve supported organisations to manage conflict informally and through dialogue.
In 2007, I co-founded Consensio with Anna Shields to build conflict-resilient organisations and improve employee well-being through mediation, leadership development, conflict resolution training, coaching and online tools. We have partnered with the UK government on ground-breaking mediation pilots and our clients include large corporates, the public sector, SMEs, charities and NGOs.
