Brendan is co-founder and managing director of Bowland Solutions; provider of 360 degree feedback and performance appraisal services.

Brendan’s interests lie in working with organisations who are looking to support their managers’ in getting great feedback to individuals. Through Bowland, he is able to support people design processes, train them on how to give feedback, and put in place an online system to support this.
