Analytics Leader

Cameron Kennedy is a leader in the field of human capital analytics. With over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of roles and industries including healthcare, financial services, management consulting, and mining, using analytics to solve business problems has been a central theme in his career. Cameron spent over 4 years at DaVita, a large provider of kidney dialysis and other medical services, where he first served as the chief of staff to DaVita’s Chief People Officer (CHRO), and then overhauled their HR Analytics function, transforming what was a basic reporting capability into a sophisticated analytical team that used data to drive clinical and business outcomes. More recently, Cameron has been speaking at several conferences on HR analytics, writing HR analytics articles, researching leading practices from colleagues, literature, and conferences, and studying data science and machine learning. Cameron holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois
