Simon is the leader of Hay Group’s UK Executive Reward Practice and is a past leader of Hay Group’s Executive Reward operations in Moscow.  His expertise lays in helping companies design executive reward arrangements that support their business objectives.  He has worked across many business sectors enabling him to offer his clients a broad perspective of the executive reward issues they face whilst demonstrating a thorough understanding of their specific business challenges.

Before joining Hay Group Simon was the UK tax partner responsible for share scheme and executive reward services in firm of Chartered Accountants as well as a Principal with the UK Executive Remuneration Practice of a global firm of actuaries.  He has a BSc (Engineering Science) from Durham University, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Tax.  Simon and his wife are keen amateur photographers and enjoy walking and travelling in the USA and Africa.
