I am a passionate believer in recruitment marketing which delivers an enhanced, personal experience for the candidate. I have been working in the recruitment sector for 17 years with over 12 of these spent developing recruitment strategies using online technology.

Changing jobs and career decisions are two of the most important decisions we make in our lives. These decisions are based on our emotions, experience and influence. Successful recruitment and resourcing is marketing lead and views the candidate as a consumer. By understanding your ‘candidate’ market and the individuals within it, the appropriate attraction, sourcing and engagement strategies can be developed to deliver the best people for the business.

I have worked with a wide range of direct employers, RPO and vendor management businesses and recruitment agencies, including RWEnpower, CfBT Education Trust, Carphone Warehouse, GSK, Yell, RBI and Sony Playstation.

At 4MAT I am responsible for working closely with direct employers, RPO organisations and internal recruitment teams, to develop integrated online recruitment marketing strategies. This includes employer branding, career website design, social media, talent attraction and management using the latest online tools.
