Jennifer has 20 years of global talent experience, advising major international organisations and guiding C-suite executives to design and implement global talent strategies. She joined PA Consulting Group in 2014 and previously worked as a Global Talent Manager for Royal Dutch Shell.
She is the co-author of PA research into talent management, ‘The Future is Fluid’, which examines the views of CEOs on talent management in today’s volatile and uncertain business environment and proposes a new agile approach.
Earlier in her career she worked as a Mechanical Engineer in both Australia and Finland in the energy sector.
