John is the CEO and Co-Founder of Workvivo, the employee communication and engagement platform that helps companies increase employee engagement in their organisation. After years working in HRTech, John felt compelled to tackle the workplace engagement problem that costs companies millions every year and set up Workvivo to improve the employee experience. He previously served as CEO of CoreHR, an Enterprise Payroll & HR software suite, and as Senior Director of Global Support at EMC (now Dell EMC). John started out his career as a nuclear physicist before turning to tech.
