I’m an executive and performance coach and mentor, specialising in performance improvement and behavioural change to ensure organistions overcome their strategic and behavioural challenges.
I’m passionate about helping others to succeed; enabling them to change their behaviour, replacing those behaviours that limit with those that liberate them and their organisations.
If I can boost organisational intelligence, leaving the organisation and individuals more capable, more motivated and more skilled than before, I sense that I have achieved for them.
By encouraging people to reflect, to experiment and take responsibility for their actions, I find that they become more engaged, enthused and effective, so increasing the contribution they make to corporate results. This is central to my approach to helping clients improve their performance, resilience and organisational intelligence.
Through my firm, New Frontiers, I’ve worked with varied organisations across the USA, Europe, Middle East, Australasia and Southern Africa and bring an extensive knowledge of implementing best-practice across cultures to all my clients.
My experience includes working on major multi-million pound programmes involving technical staff, business managers and senior executives and I’m comfortable communicating with people from all disciplines and specialisations within firms.
My qualifications include an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge and a BSc in Zoology from Kings College London. I have a Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Marketing and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and an Ashridge Accredited Coach.
