Julie Downing is the Head of HR at NTT DATA EMEA, the leading IT services provider. She is a key member of the company’s global HR team and has full responsibility for all HR activities across the regions including employee relations, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, near shore and off shore operations and integration of acquisitions. Prior to her role at NTT DATA, Julie was a HR Director at Keane, a US-based IT services firm, which was merged with NTT DATA in 2010.
