I am the founder of Leeds-based recruitment consultancy Harrington Norman, a firm that works on an exclusive basis for clients throughout Yorkshire and the wider UK. I also established the Yorkshire HR Network, a focused business community for Human Resources professionals in the region.
However, my most recent venture, which I am fiercely passionate about, is Mothers Mean Business – a rich resource for working mothers, bringing together crucial information, career advice, support and job opportunities all under one organisational roof.
I am a working mother myself, with a young son, and believe strongly in preventing large pools of mid-senior level talent being lost from the business environment when women enter parenthood.
