Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour

I am a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at The University of Liverpool Management School. I am also the Director of the Masters of Research (MRes) programme.

My background is in Organisational Psychology, having originally obtained a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, from Manchester Business School. During this time I developed a love of research and subsequently completed an MRes in Management and a PhD in Organisational Psychology. Prior to Joining The University of Liverpool I held lecturing positions within the Global MBA programme at Manchester Business School and in Organisational Behaviour at Bolton Business School. I have also previously held various roles in the manufacturing and service industries.

I have a particular passion for conducting in-depth research to gain a rich understanding of people’s real, daily experiences. In particular I investigate how people manage their various roles and identities with a particular focus on the relationship between work and other life domains including a consideration of the impact of organisational policies and structures. I also explore gender and diversity issues within the context of work-life experiences specifically, and organisations more generally.
