Luca Sale is Head of Solutions Architecture EU at Amazon and co-chair of glamazon, the company’s LGBT+ employee affinity group.

Luca was involved in establishing the UK chapter of glamazon in 2015, joining other chapters around the world in places like India, Japan, Italy, Spain, Germany and the US to name a few.  The group helps ensure that LGBT+ and questioning employees feel safe, visible and are supported throughout their career at Amazon.

In 2018, Luca was named one of 50 ‘LGBT+ Inspirational Leaders’ by the British LGBT Awards. The LGBT+ Inspirational Leader award recognises LGBT+ business leaders who have been inspirational to others and who have proven themselves to be a positive role model in their organisation and beyond.
