Lucy is a Business Psychologist in OE Cam’s Talent Management practice with expertise in designing and facilitating development experiences.

With more than five year’s experience in leadership development and employee engagement, she works with leaders and teams to uncover key strengths and opportunities for maximising their effectiveness. She does this using psychological tools and frameworks to design creative and progressive learning & development programmes that drive self-awareness, mindset and behaviour change.  She also has experience in organisation design, including supporting a UK retailer to review and improve their support function operating model and ways of working through 1-1s and team workshops.

Lucy is particularly interested in using research-based insights to determine the best solution to a problem. Her research dissertation explored factors influencing collaborative innovation was nominated for a national Innovation in Work Psychology award. She is passionate about putting inclusion at the forefront of what we do and is driven by helping people become fulfilled and effective at work.

Prior to joining OE Cam, Lucy held in-house L&D roles across the global IT/technology and life sciences sectors, as well as roles in the consulting sector.
