Mattieu Rouot is Head of International Employee Benefits of AXA and President of MAXIS Global Benefits Network and Senior VP . Rouot is responsible for leading AXA’s International Employee Benefits Unit, managing both global employee benefits programs and expatriate solutions.

Mattieu Rouot started working in the insurance industry in 1997 as head of the Investment Reporting and ALM team of the BNP Paribas’ insurance business. He moved to the AXA Group in 2001 as a corporate actuary and financial controller overseeing the US, UK, and Benelux and investment management operations before joining  AXA-UK in 2007 to become head of the Actuarial Service Center in charge of the operational actuarial processes and subsequently Chief Risk Officer. 

In March 2010, he was appointed Head of Investor Relations for the AXA Group and then joined the AXA International Employee Benefits Business Unit in March 2014.
