Paul spent over 10 years working in recruitment advertising before making the switch into public relations and journalism in 2005. Since then he has established ClearlyPR as one of the fastest growing specialist PR, Social Media and Content Marketing agencies for the HR and Recruitment sector.

He is also a widely published writer too, having been commissioned to write and publish in excess of 1,000 articles focusing on employment trends, leadership, career advice, hiring trends and management issues for a variety of UK and US newspapers, magazines and careers websites.

Over the last 12 months Paul has addressed a number of conferences and seminars on the subjects of employer branding and how organisations can position themselves as the employer of choice in their respective sectors. He is currently writing his first book, which is looking at the evolution of the personal brand.
