Marketing for HR management software companies like Engagedly, Infopro Learning, Unlock:OKR etc., Rohia gained expertise in HR and employee management. 

Rohia has worked in the digital marketing industry for over 7 years. She recently won the International Inspirational Women Awards 2021 (IIWA 2021) by GISR foundation and for the ‘Best woman performer in digital marketing’ category and was nominated for the Women In Corporate Awards for three years in a row, ( #WICA2021, #WICA2020, #WICA2019) presented by Women’s Web which recognised and brought together India Inc’s most inspiring women in business functions.
