I am an experienced Human Resources Consultant and Facilitator, having previously lectured in Human Resources and Management at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Over the past 15 years I have developed a strong client base from a host of different sectors working with both leaders and managers, ranging from SMEs to large multi-national organisations, to improve their team performance and the performance of their respective companies.

I am a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and the International Coach Federation and an accredited user of 2 Hay Group tools – The Inventory of Leadership Styles and the Emotional Competence Inventory. I am also qualified to use the Margerison McCann Team Management Profile.
