Simon Lyle is the UK managing director of Randstad RiseSmart, the areer transition services provider.  He specialises in helping organisations implement outplacement, career development and redeployment programmes.  He is passionate about career transition and talent mobility and the impact they can have on individual and organisational success.  He has gained HR experience across outplacement, talent mobility, business education, and consulting industries, joining Randstad RiseSmart from London Business School (where he held roles as Global Head of Business Development & Recruitment and Career Development Programme Leader).  He has spent the majority of his career with ManpowerGroup, in a number of outplacement and talent mobility roles, including serving as Senior Vice President Sales EMEA, where he implemented services for multinational clients and expanded services into eight new geographical markets.

Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and Spanish, a diploma in coaching, and studied executive education at INSEAD.
