Over the past few weeks, we have been busy asking the general public about their experiences with stress at work – see this post for the results. We now want to spend some time with HR professionals and business owners to see what they think of the findings, and what can be done to improve the perception of stress in the workplace.
We recently asked Nisha Postlethwaite from Action Trainers what she thought of the survey, and she gave some really interesting feedback here. We'd like to hear from more people about this.
With stress growing in the workplace, the findings of the survey showed that most people are blaming poor management and excessive workload as a major contributor. As HR professionals and company owners, we are really interested in hearing your takes on this.
