Stress is when the individual is doing something which they are very uncomfortable with but they are not able for some reason to express their discomfort.  i.e they are making their Body do it because for some reason they feel they have to but their mind doesn’t really want to – i.e mind and body are at odds with one another.  Result STRESS! ANXIETY!  We’ve all been there haven’t we, but have you ever stopped to consider what the consequential physical symptoms of this stress might be and how it might affect each of your employees differently and your profit?
