Sounds funny I know, but there is such a thing as NVQ Heaven. After 2 years of very hard work, the NVQ Team at Fusion Group Manufacturing have finally got their first eight Operatives through to gain an NVQ level 1 in Polymer Processing Operations. We are Manufacturers of Polyethylene Pipe Jointing Systems and Equipment and decided to launch ourselves as an Approved Centre for NVQ’s. This has taken a long time to complete, but now we are finally there and have been thrilled with the results and the changes it has made to all 8 delegates. I hope that you remain pleased with the NVQ sytem that you have bought into. I have beeen involved for 10 years and I still hold on to the premise that ‘NVQs are as good as the integrity of the assessor.
