Has anyone got any information about prioritising exercises that can be used a s part of the recruitment process?

  1. In-tray exercises
    You can use some assessment centre tools such as in-tray exercises. They are usually between 1-3 hours to complete by the participant and often time consuming to mark. Shorter options could be some time management exercises, but you would need to validate them for assessment purposes. If you want some further info, please contact me [email protected]
