We are changing from one mobile provider to another. In the one we have now around 10 personnel have a Line 1(business) and a Line 2(personal). The rest (50 staff) only have the Line 1 option.
With the new provider a Line 2 is not provided, however, in the contracts of employment it does state that they will have a Line 1 and Line 2. Where do we stand in terms of changing this. I do not think that they have been made aware of the change and this will be happening within the next couple of weeks.
Can anyone advise me on what to do, or am I making too much of this?
