Hi,

I’m looking for examples of company car policies which allow for a cash alternative to be taken. We offer a cash allowance (for some positions) which is set at the mid point of the car band, although I’ve heard of other companies offering a cash alternative of around 20% higher than the top value of the car band.

I’d be interested in hearing what other organisations offer.
