NGA Human Resources, a payroll and HR services leader, today announces ResourceLink 15, the latest release of its HR and payroll software platform.
NGA ResourceLink 15 is all about the employee experience, with a specific focus on the ease of use for both employees and HR professionals. Specifically, there have been four major areas of enhancement, including the overall user experience, ease of navigation as well as the integration of both social media profiles and employee benefits modules. As a result, users can now complete their HR tasks quickly and efficiently from any device, including smartphones, tablets and desktop computers.

Additional features in ResourceLink 15 include:
1. An intuitive and responsive user experience
ResourceLink 15 has been revamped to significantly enhance the user experience by introducing a fully responsive and intuitive interface. It is based on Responsive Design, a feature that adapts the user interface intelligently to any screen size, enabling both employees and HR professionals to complete HR tasks from any device without the need to download a dedicated app.
2. Enhanced ease of navigation
The right hand navigation panel has been enhanced to automatically open and re-size, which provides an expanded view of information such as employee banners, online help, document storage and an organisation chart, all of which significantly reducing clicks and scrolling, ensuring queries can be answered more quickly.
3. Social Integration
The focus on the user experience isn’t just limited to existing employees, who can now link their LinkedIn profile to their MyView Dashboard profile. Candidates can also upload their profiles directly to ResourceLink through the social media integration feature, which, in turn, allows HR professionals to access it straight from an applicant’s record.
4. Deep integration with employee benefits
The closer integration with the NGA Employee Benefits module now makes it even more intuitive and user-friendly for employees to manage their benefit package online, whilst keeping them informed and engaged at the same time. These improvements also allow managers to control their benefit costs, manage risks and carry out effective administration, giving them measurable results in the process.
From a business point of view, ResourceLink 15 allows companies to quickly and easily set up all basic payroll functions through one single application. This includes pre-configured monthly payrolls, auto enrolment, online or paper pay slips, pension schemes with single percentage calculations, payroll calculations, terminations and statutory parental leave processes.
