  1. Read Charles Handy
    This is a hugely well researched, reported on and written about aspect of Organisational Behaviour on which there is a wealth of material.

    As an introduction to this area, I suggest reading almost anything by Charles Handy – but especially “Understanding Organizations” and “Inside Organizations”.
