The Culture Pioneer Awards programme, brought to you by HRZone and TrainingZone, is back this year to celebrate the heroes of culture change.
Across our four categories – Wellbeing, Inclusion, Brand and Learning – we received over 100 entries from businesses committed to culture change. Our judges had tough choices to make, but the results are finally in and we can now reveal our 2022 finalists.
Facing the pandemic aftermath, unprecedented talent struggles, widening skills gaps and the cost-of-living crisis, it’s been another tough year for organisations. Through all of this, our 2022 Culture Pioneers doubled down on culture shaping and are now seeing positive results including financial growth, improved wellbeing and engagement levels, an increase in customer and employee retention, and more.
